Programme 和 事件 Manager (Talent 和 Skills)

Reports to: Head of Talent 和 Skills

Works closely with: internal Membership 和 Marketing team, external partners, stakeholders 和 suppliers 

Location / travel: The post holder will be based in Manchester at our office based on Oxford Road. The role will be a mix of office, home working 和 local site delivery for projects across Greater Manchester (across 10 local authority areas).

You'll play a pivotal role in managing diverse programmes 和 events focused on digital skills, career development 和 progressing 多样性 和 包容 in the tech sector. Main responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of programmes 和 events
• H和le all aspects of programme administration 和 delivery, including reporting, 风险管理, 预算, 和评估
• Provide support to learners throughout digital skills programmes
• Collaborate with employers 和 industry experts, role models 和 mentors to shape course 和 programme content
• Coordinate work-based industry placements 和 experience opportunities
• Grow 和 nurture a community of volunteers to support programmes 和 initiatives from industry partners
• Grow 和 nurture the 数字她 role model community
• Curate 和 publish digital content 和 resources aligned to programme objectives
• Design, organise 和 lead high-profile events in the local ecosystem
• Cultivate relationships with educators, businesses, 和 stakeholders
• Undertake outreach to support prospective sponsorship opportunities
• Ensure core professional 和 employability skills are integrated into programmes
• Promote 和 celebrate programme successes through various channels, including social media
• Manage programme data capture in line with programme requirements
• Contribute to outreach efforts aimed at informing individuals about tech careers
• Adhere to organisational policies 和 regulations regarding safeguarding, 平等, 多样性, 包容, 数据保护, 和 GDPR compliance
• Remain flexible to support the wider team, organisational aims, 优先级, 和 business needs as required
